Sketch B: Bibliodiversity Project

This sketch prompts you to think about your own citational practices. The sketch, created by Angela Okune in collaboration with 6S reps, is used here with permission for use as part of the 6S 2021 workshop.

Description:

This sketch opens with a reflective exercise and closes with contributions towards building and engaging with more transnationally diverse bibliographies and genealogies. The intention is to help participants note patterns in their own citational practices with regards to publication  venues,  diversity  of  sources,  where  the  authors  are  from  geographically, institutionally, intellectual genealogy, categories of race, gender, other intersectional categories.
