I am a PhD student in Sociocultural Anthropology at the George Washington University. Broadly, my research interests lie at the intersection of feminist STS, media studies, and environmental anthropology. For my dissertation project, I explore how ecological restoration is carried out in practice, through the efforts of variously legible and affected workers. I am interested in developing and interrogating multimodal methods in anthropological research and care about expanding access in and to the humanistic social sciences in public life. I have experience in running workshops and designing curricula for different audiences through my work in museum education. I thrive in interdisciplinary settings and would love to collaborate with others interested in designing creative public-facing projects and pedagogic experiences.
